Faced Power backup issue and there is no terrace garden

Dear Harish, We’re sorry to hear about the power backup issue you faced. There was a minor technical problem that day, but our property has 100% power backup and it has been fully resolved. Regarding the terrace garden, we do have a common terrace garden at the top of the apartment—perhaps it was missed during your visit. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again!

Excellent Stay
The property is outstanding, spacious, and features air-conditioned rooms throughout. We received clean sheets and towels, and the property manager/team added us to a whatsapp group for 24/7 support, facilitating remote and expedited check-in. This sets a gold standard for serviced apartments. Great job!
