Room was very quiet for good rest. Curtains blocked light well for sleeping. Staff maintained quiet hours strictly.

There is shortage of water in the morning

Ac wasn’t working , furniture was broken , room window was open permanently , no kits were provided , staff was bit unprofessional

It was a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is good, the staff were also supportive however , I am disappointed with the cleanliness of my room, I had to get my room cleaned with the housekeeping after check in. The air flow of AC was very low it seems like the filter was choked. Also the water flows in the washroom was very low I was unable to use water taps properly.

Totally disgusting. Cigarette smell all over hotel, no cleaning at all over. It’s like c grade hotel of OYO. Fake photos showed on websites. Do not book for family or with your wife etc. This hotel is for one night stand only.

horrible condition of the hotel

Aroma residency is one of the worst experience of mine, when we went there, there was no car parking space, when we entered they gave us the most dirties rooms and the rest they told were booked although we booked it already and paid in full in advance, the walls had patches, the bedsheets were torn and dirty covered with hair, cockroaches, smelly, no hotel amenities were given like, shampoo, telephone disconnected, window locks were broken, i had 2 daughters and felt it was unsafe as well to stay there altogether nothing was similar to the pictures even food was stale.

The bathroom was spotless, and everything worked well. The hotel had a friendly and welcoming vibe. I felt very happy here.
