Good service one issue my room tv not working hotel staff behaviour good manager good behaviour and stay time

Bed sheet isn’t cleaned properly And washroom is dirty and not cleaned And TV isn’t working properly

very bad room window AC which is making noise whole night ,not any cleaning anywhere , totally I say not value for money I pay and it is super delux room

Location is perfect but the room was not well maintained and bedsheet was not clean.Even after requesting for changing the bedsheet, they denied. The bathroom was not clean and properly maintained. The size of the room was too small at this price range. Disappointed with the room after paying this price. I have visited other hotels also at this price range but this hotel was too disappointing among all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and my experience was quite satisfying. Right from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and courteous behavior. The check-in process was smooth, and the team was always ready to assist with any queries or requests throughout my stay. The condition of the rooms was also impressive. The room I stayed in was well-maintained, with all amenities in perfect working order. The bed was comfortable. I was particularly pleased with the level of cleanliness. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. The good staff behavior and clean, well-kept rooms made my visit enjoyable and memorable.

Very unhygienic and messy hotel , shown us 4 rooms all are identical condition and worst was bathroom where windows were completely open and see thru. Bed and blankets were looks like not changed or washed in years and torn . And rooms are also very noisy . On top of it room service was complete chaos 😳 and very rude . Rooms were not clean when we left for the day and had to call to clean room 2 time

What a stupid mess in this hotel. Never ever gone use either make my trip nor this stupid hotel

Hotel room was dirty and bedsheet, quilts were also in bed condition. Ln bathroom all equipment were also in working condition but need cleaness

Their is no facility of air purifier, bathroom condition very poor no cleaning and no tap working, no chair, very small seating area, 24-hour in-room dining, cupboards with locks, very poor housekeeping, no blackout curtains, no toiletries, no sanitizers, no toilet with grab rails, kettle, not providing slippers, no bathrobes, no pillow menu. Very poor hygiene and facilities

Bad. Hotel manager very bad behavior. I have book 3 person but manager 900 extra charges in 3 third person. Very rood behavior. Hotel manager again extra charges 900. 3 log k piy book koliya room. It was a good experience. Nearby the bus stop hence no issues in commuting. Service was all good & staff was friendly.

Excellent room service provide by lalit sir, the communication with us was well mannered and great experience to stay here. Room where we stay as perfect as i see on make my trip site.

Location is near to bus stand as well as metro, so can expect noisy environment. Their staff tricked us to pay payment for one extra day inspite of already informed for extension. So wont visit again.

Very normal quality rooms, not looks three star property. Batrooms are midium sizes and beds are also not so comfortable
