Terrible experience Ac was not working and staff were arguing that u booked room without AC it was clearly mentioned AC room and more on this they have only small wall fan which was not even rotating..Very , Third Grade hotel smoking and other weird smelly rooms and bedsheets i had worst experience i had to stay bcoz i reached 2 am at night so had no option

Poor Stay
Hotel grand o decor is now named as hotel grand eagle but this is not updated on make my trip . Somehow I paid for the hotel in advance and they told me that they haven’t received the payment this caused chaos and I was struggling , calling 2 hours straight . The issue was eventually resolved but it was a huge discomfort to me . I won’t ever visit this property . They didn’t have basic tolileteries like shampoo , toothpaste etc.

Asked for extra money
When i checked in to hotel and went to my room, someone from counter came to me and asked that the money you paid on mm t is not the actual price of the room. So you have to pay extra 500 rs. I showed the price on mmt app and denied that the actual price is correct and i got discount from mm t thats why it is cheaper then the actual price. Then they started making excuses that our actual price is not updated on the mmt yet, we have requested mmt to update the price. I said that's not my problrm. As per you room price is 1000 and it is showing on mmt and i got discount so i paid less amount. Also room was average. Bathroom wash basin was broken. Not working properly.

Poor service from mm t
soloPoor service from mmt. I have received a mail from mm t that my booking is confirmed and money got debited from my account. But the same hasn't been reflecting with the hotel people. Mm t people says that they are resolving the issue but no one is responding properly. In the end i have to pay again at the hotel end for my stay. Not expected from mmt. I will not book again in mmt.
