The hospitality was very poor and the rooms were not as they were shown in the pictures and when we complained they literally told us you have booked the cheapest rooms in the hotel what do you expect? and they didn’t acknowledge our problems. We felt so disheartened visiting a new city and people.

Rooms are fairly clean and spacious, food is average but be ready to wait for extra half an hour as the kitchen staff is too slow. It was raining when we checked in water was seeping in through the windows making the floor wet (which they cleaned promptly. Rooms are not really sound proof so if the hotel is occupied say goodbye to a nice sleep as you can hear people and doors slamming in the corridors.

Visited on aug 2022. Stayed for 2 nights with family. Booked the royal deluxe room. The service was average. A cold welcome, admin was not aware that we booked for 3 members, asked for extra charges straight away, but agreed when showed them the booking details. Had to self carry the luggage to the room. The room is spacious, but the bed was made of two single beds, was uncomfortable for the kid. The outdoor view from the window is nice, however the front of the hotel across the road was messy. The breakfast was good, taste as well as quality. The location is fine, outskirt of the city and near the highway. An average to fair rating.
