It was very dirty, washrooms were not clean too many mosquitoes in the room cant sleep for a single minute

It good hotel but some time ac not working properly. Staff behaviour is good. I stay here 7 days in a month

They advertise three categories of rooms using misleading photos, but in reality, all the pictures are of just one decent room on the ground floor. Upon arrival, they demand additional cash beyond the original booking amount in order to "upgrade" to a usable room. The rest of the rooms are in a pathetic, unliveable condition — not even worthy of a 1-star rating. The situation was so bad that I didn’t even check into the room. To make matters worse, they have a strict no-cancellation, no-refund policy. I lost my entire payment for a 3-night stay and had to book another hotel last minute, spending significantly more. This place seems to have shady practices running behind the scenes. Avoid at all costs!

We had booked a Classic Room, and several facilities were promised at the time of booking. However, upon reaching the hotel, we were told there was no booking under our name. After struggling for an hour, we were finally given a room, but it was completely different from what was shown online. We paid , but the room was extremely small, foul-smelling, and unhygienic. The washroom was especially very dirty, no toiletries were provided, bedsheet and pillows were dirty and AC was not working. There was no telephone or any means to call for room service. I had to go to the reception every time I needed to order something or resolve an issue. highly disappointing, they mentioned various facilities but provide nothing

Market are nearby, AC TV aren't working. Services are good Proximity to markets is advantageous, while the air conditioning and television require attention. Service quality is satisfactory.

The hotel afour is actually named as raghuraj palace, it is situated on pita l factory road, subhash nagar, just a five minutes away from jaipur junction railway station.

Very poor service (actually no room service) not at all value for money. I booked and paid online, but they didn't accept it and they made me pay again to stay. Don't book OYO room online through MakeMyTrip. They are not accepting the bookings.

Hotel Raghuraj Palace is just OK. Slow service, no hot water and need maintenance of rooms and washroom.

Rooms were fragile, everything falling apart. Location is such that you won't find a single departmental store near by, facilities, well there aren't any. Absolutely sluggish service, new in Town staff, dark and gloomy restaurant, minimum 3 calls follow up required for any call to reception.
