terrible place to stay, i booked for 2 nights and first they gave us room which was already used and no lights in it afterwards on calling them out they provide another room with broken shower poor bed with dirty sheets and pillow, broken door lock and the balcony room also broken whereas room smells. it was complete waste of money and a complete mood spoiler. Please do not book this property not even for 1 night.

I booked a family room at a very high price for one night. The condition of the room and washroom were terrible. Even there was no tv in the room. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel is very bad. The service is even worse. There is no major kitchen and cook in the hotel. Any major food is picked up from outside. It takes long time for serving food. The water supply in washroom is also disturbing. We had to ask for making the pump on to get water in washroom in the morning. The water jug kept in the room was broken. After making complaint to the owner he said to refund 30% amount, but didn't finally do.

Very bad experience

I have booked one room and i have reached jaipur approx 1am in the night and my booking is confirmed but when i called them in night they refuse to provide me the room and they told me that i will get my refund within 2-3 days but still i have not received any amount any call from hotel. This is the worst experience i have experienced.
