Hotel Dharohar Palace

All the facilities are very poor and the location is like a place of trouble.

Laundry not clean & very poor smell, located in remote area & 10 pm closed the gate then total connectivity with others even Swiggy or Zomato breaks, no single family stayed and no one feels safe with family in the hotel.

It was just okay. There was no staff to ask atleast water. There was no towel, soap and slippers to use washroom.

it was really bad we booked 2 days because our train arrival was 1 30 AM so for stay we need a room then we book the room for 2 days just to check in early, but when we reach our hotel after arriving at Jaipur at 1 45 AM 8th nov, no one was there to help us, hotel gage was open and no one is at the reception we tried reaching there contacts and tried all possible way to reach them but at the end no response, we atleast waited 3 hrs at reception. no other hotel was assigned to us either by make my trip, somehow we manage our night, then in morning we got assigned to our rooms, we booked 2 rooms for 6 people but we got room for only 5 people and when we asked them they just put one mattress on floor and says this is your bed. hope u understand , try your best for a feasible outcome waiting for your actions

room is suffocated... washroom is not cleaned... no facility... even auto or car are not entered in that area

Worst hotel ever. No room service cockroach available. It’s not place to stay

The entrance to hotel can not be approached by 3-4 Wheelers. The walking distance will be about 100 metres. Hotel staffs are friendly, Rooms are good as per price. Safe and secure rooms, with basic amnities.

Room was decent for the price but room was slightly stinking. Receptionist was polite and checkin and check-out was smooth.

No water in bathroom, there were so many bugs everywhere. Not clean enough. Very bad experience
