nice stay ....good ambience.... washroom was little small otherwise everything was just fine also staff was polite

Dirt all over the room plus toilet smell was the worst which they are saying their deluxe Room Feels like a broth*l which they are operating , i quickly checked out and booked another hotel

My overall experience was amazing at Hotel Metro Inn In Jaipur. Especially whatever they mentions, They have completed it on their profile. They Compete their service to receive costomer from Station in case of availability of vehicle. 1)Their staffs is very calm and helpful 😊 2) Very fast service available You just dial the number and your needs are fulfilled in a few seconds. 3) Clean washroom, beds and 24 hours hot and cold water available. 4) They given me check in before 2 hours thankful for it 👍 5) Also they suggest couple of options to make easy to travel for our choosed destination. I am thankful to all team members 😊

Average stay there. They don't provide complementary drinking water. Shower was. ot working. During breakfast we had to wait for more than 1/2 hrs to get them. Lots of improvement in service is required.

4- Overall experience was really good. Hotel location is very close to railway station and metro station which becomes the USP of the hotel. Staff was also very polite and co-operative. Food was also very good although would prefer more variety in breakfast menu. Some south indian snacks would be preferred. Room was a bit small as compared to cost. Overall good experience and safe hotel and environment for female travellers. Special thanks to Farhat Hussain Operation Manager & Rehbar Jilani Front office manager for all the help.

Rooms are small and hygiene issue was there. Washroom quality is not at all up to the marks , basic standards were missing. Location was it’s in the corner faced difficulty in check in’s. Good for if you are in tight budget.

Everything including food was good. I had left by mistake some of my belongings in the room. I got a call from the hotel after checking out. This was a good gesture by the hotel and I thank the Hotel for the same. Staff, service, room, food, Bed sheet etc everything was good.
