'smoky room !
Room was not cleaned and There was smell of smoking !! Not good Behaviour of staff is not so good and rooms are not clean. There are too much smelly and smoky room. I didn't get propose services here, so I don't like this.

Poor Stay
Receptionist is rude. I had booked an executive room but the room they provided was terrible, small with poor condition of ac and fan. On complaining they asked me to pay 500 extra to upgrade to deluxe room. Room is unclean, floors slippery and wet, head board with fungi. Toilet faucets dirty. Comode also very dirty. Not a good hotel at all.

Hotels infra is very mediocre. Dirty towels, no packaged water bottle. Location of hotel is good very close to airport

Terrible Stay
Worst hotel and it’s not hotel , bad cleaning facilities and rooms was so dirty and bed sheets are not clean. No water provided and I took room with balcony , balcony was so dirty

Terrible Stay
We booked 3 nos club room with balcony. But up on arrival they provided us three different categories of rooms. When we asked for same types of room the hotel authority started arguing with us. 1 room was too small, 1 room with defective water tap, 1 room with defective lock. In a single word the stay was horrible.

Terrible Stay
Property, amenities and food is average. Services very poor, for extra bed not providing pillow, no hot water kettle in rooms. In winter not providing good n sufficient blankets. Breakfast buffet no varieties, very limited food options. I am not happy and satisfied with services.

Poor Stay
familyThe room could have been cleaner. The floor was horrible with damp residue. The bathroom smelled disgusting and could take a thorough cleaning. Dinner was okay but breakfast was good with the 2 varieties that were served. The best part was they held onto our luggage after checkout.

Convenient stay with excellent service and decent amen
family1. The front desk managers were excellent, providing courteous and professional service throughout the stay. Their behavior easily deserves a 5/5. 2. The hotel is located very close to jaipur airport, which is convenient for travelers. It is also near popular spots like patrika gate and tor-an dwar, making it a great choice for sightseeing. 3. The food quality was decent, with satisfactory taste and variety. However, there is room for improvement, so i would rate it 3/5. 4. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience. While the cleanliness was good, there is some scope for improvement, and i would give it a 3/5. The hotel offers a convenient location, excellent service, and decent amenities, making it a good choice for short stays.

Worst experience
I have never stayed in a hotel so bad. I booked this hotel based in makemytrip and google reviews. L which averaging around3. 8-4. 1. The room felt like it hasn’t been opened for ages. Every thing had dust on it. Felt unhygienic. To touch or even lay down on the bed.

Excellent Stay
All staff were helpful but one staff member by name ashish was just wonderful. Breakfast & dinner food was to our satisfaction. Next time when we visit jaipur, we will stay in this hotel again.

Good Stay
soloLocation is tremendous very near to airport, you can easily find cabs around the property so you can negotiate with them for your journey, staff is good and caring. Good facilities for food, available with in the property. Overall nice property with in medium budget.
