Bad propertybooking by mmt mannerless staff

The first impression was of a aesthetic haveli with all the lighting and plantations all around, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but then the maintenance was very poor. There were alcohol bottles, cigarette butts, and used condoms and packets in the balcony, chewing gum stuck on the corner of our bed. Light switches exist but the bathroom didn't have any light, geyser doesn't work, and water is super salty which doesn't wash off the soap so easily. However if u are a student like me and searching for a bare minimum stay at a really low cost, then this place is okay for it.

I want fully refund for this. No electricity full night.

Not suggested for family. Accessories are not in useful condition.

Location little bit offside but you can enjoy here if you planned for chokhi dhani. Safety standards are welly maintained.

There was not a single family in any room, even all the rooms were vacant. Washroom were dirty, there was no water in the tap even the floor was dirty, everything was uncleaned. When my family reached there then they started arranging water, were they not aware about aur reaching time? i told them to change the room when i saw other rooms, same problems were there also. When my family was at reception for cancel-ling at that moment 4 boys came there from their village for using washroom. Would it be fair to pay for this type of delux room? i am attaching the photographs which i clicked there. these are not safe for family.

Very bad management. No power, no hygiene, very poor maintenance, filling up the used water bottles, no hot water and very far from local site seeing places

The room was not maintained and not cleaned bathroom gate was not closing and manager refused to change room.

I stayed at pi nk haveli 21 december to 25th December in this 4 days 3 nights stay i got morning tea just once at 22 nd s morning. There was no change of bad sheets during these 4 days. No room service done. No cleanliness was done during this stay. Under bed there was so much garbage remaineng. Hotel has only one plus point and it is its space, very huge space they have. They changed our room with onother down graded room. We agreed to room no 204 and when we came at night after visiting jaipur city which is far 15 km approx from this hotel they had put our luggage in room no 205 saying this and that (scammed us. Not recommend any one to go there specially people from gujarat who visit jaipur to do diamond business. Thank you

Pathetic experience at hotel pink haveli jaipur. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms did not have zoor knobs, flush was not working, and hand jet pipes were having cracks, there was no attendant available. We had a booking for 2 nights but due to extreme poor conditions we had to checkout of the hotel next day itself. Would request a refund of the booking amou t. Next day the owner had also come to apologise and had promised to refund the booking amount once he receives an email from make my trip sayimg thehotel needsto refund the amount. I request you to please initiate therefund process as it has been a very painful experience fir me and my family

You can't find the location. It's in interior of Village. No proper road. Mud road. full of dust. IN MY VIEW. WASTAGE OF MONEY 💰

I booked it mainly coz it was close to chokhi dhani and the pics of the property they had posted had left a good impression also the deal from was pretty attractive. Staff behaviour was good but didn't like that even after sharing the ids (aadhaar cards) of two family members they were pushing to share the ids of rest of the family members (18) too. After a discussion they agreed to keep the ids (photo) of just 2 out of 4 family members. Cleanliness - zero star! spider + webs + damp on walls + too dirty bucket in bathroom! lighting in the room was insufficient and there was no light/bulb in the lobby connecting the bedroom and bathroom! we reached there in the evening and were too tired so it was not possible to find another hotel with good/better condition so we had to stay overnight. It could have been a very disappointed visit to Jaipur if we had not visited chokhi dhani on that day.

Nothing is provided by Hotel, no hot water and tv and no lock for the door, no restaurant in Hotel

Stay is very untidy. Stay is very unsafe and the cleanliness is poor. Availability of light facilities is poor availability of water facilities poor, bed sheets for very stinky and have spots on them. No dustbins available. No purified water available nothing is good in that Hotel. Except the outer area nothing is good in that Hotel.

A useless Hotel. Strongly recommend not to stay here. Hotel is charging too much and rooms and service is pathetic. Room was untidy. Bedsheets were stinky. Bathroom smelled bad. I included breakfast in my stay. But I was surprised that they did not provide me breakfast. All they had was tea and biscuits for breakfast. Please do not stay here. It's a useless Hotel.
