The flush of both the rooms was not working, the floor of the rooms was dusty, they don't provide us water bottles even after calling room service 5 times , they dont provide blanket and pillow with extra mattress , the breakfast buffet was not available till 10 A.M. first they try to not give any buffet but when told them to refund money of the buffet , than they provided very low quality food , the staff there was very bad they didnt listen

The bathroom was smelly and not clean, the bedsheets were not clean, lift wasn't working, no water was available when we checked in to take a bath or for freshen up. This is the worst property, only rooms were available in it, the condition of those who were in it was so poor that I travelled by bus with plain pillows, there was no water in the washroom several times, there was no facility of mineral water, no staff available

It was a great experience of mine. Specially the pool. Staff and services were amazing. I would love to come back again.

The hotel is nice, but the staff's behavior is rude, and they are asking for extra charges for Wi-Fi and breakfast that are actually included in the booking.

No water in the toilets, personal parties with loud music throughout the night till morning, no staff, no intercoms have to call on mobile and the person in out

Food was good. But location is away from city center. It is situated on highway. Amenities and services are good.

Hotel staff was good and very cordial. However hotel was missing following basic needs: - lights at door entrance was not working and it was great difficulty to get ready in mirror - health faucet in bathroom was not working properly and very low water pressure - soap stand was missing at washbasin and also washbasin was shaking while using it - hotel is not having proper dining for food. Thus, money paid for breakfast was not fully utilised, though staff provided breakfast after conversation. While checking out lift was not working, so i lifted luggage from stairs. Thanks
