Good but can be better.
The rooms are good but the indoor cupboard door was not closing properly. Quality of food is good but there can be more variety. I am a non-vegetarian so I missed it in the menus because it’s a veg hotel but that’s ok for me. Make my trip can share this information at the time of booking.

Terrible Stay
Scary experience. At night around 10 relating to car parking there sparkled an argument and from that the security guard was unmannered and abusive and showed him as a goon. Next day morning , my car was punchered with a metal and was flat. I went to fix the car and asked the hotel to allow me to checkout at 1 due to this unforeseen reason. Hotel stuffs said they will charge half day rent. Wow. No support, no empathy, no action. I strongly believe it was deliberate action with my ca after the fight. I don’t recommend this hotel. No welcome drink nothing. Which I might have forgotten if this never happened.

I would like to mention that property is situated at awesome location and very good feel of nearby locality. Hotel is situated at best location behind WTP. Food is awesome. Facilities are applicable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine I loved it👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hotel is Ok
Its a basic budget hotel to sleep in the night. The room had a heavy smell of perfume or something and is basic but clean and organised. Breakfast was good but very leas variety. All in all a basic good stay but nothing fancy or like a basic 3 star either.

The property is well maintained and is located next to shopping mall World Trade Park. Food at restaurant is very delicious. Overall pleasant stay.

front desk check in person behaviour not good. When I told to ask the front facing room they say they filled but mostly of the rooms are not filled. This is first time I faced such issues in lords inn and hence very disappointed. Earlier staff was good but this time not

Washroom was not clean. I also got locked in washroom in morning... sliding door was stuck... after tried for 20-30 mins my mother called reception they also tried for 30 mins then door was opened... 1 hour in washroom.. really it was a nightmare for me. Food was ok. Location is great.
