Disgusted with their service. They don't know how to take care of their guestsand management was very poor

property is at good location but , inside rooms are not upto good. they have dullness in room paint issue

the stay was honestly very good, the rooms were very nice and the mattress of bed was 5 star. The room service was a little lacking but the rest was very nice. The food at the place was also very decent with fair prices , the staff was also very polite and amenities given were also one of best I have seen. I would give my stay a solid 4.75 stars

I have stayed here from 12th -14th.property was not up to Mark . food quality is good. When my relatives visit my place they ask me to pay additional amount intact for 2 hours stay they charged 500 plus rs.

The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Also my visitors are treated with such a bad and negative energy that spoiled the whole environment. Staff was not co operative at all.

Nice and hotel with proper maintain of the property and the rooms linen was clean toilet was clean located at the prime location of the city beside the national highway and in the posh area of Vaishali Nagar recruitment for travellers to stay.

Please find the feedback about this hotel. The location was convenient, close to several tourist attractions. Check-in was not smooth, hotel staff were ashking the IDs of my kids which is not required. The staff were generally polite and helpful when approached. My room was clean and decently maintained, but nothing extraordinary. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows could have been better. Air conditioning worked well, though it took time to cool the room. Bathroom amenities were basic, and the water pressure was average. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent and could use improvement. Room service was responsive, though delivery took longer than expected. The in-house restaurant offered a decent selection of dishes. Food quality was okay — not exceptional, but not bad either. Breakfast buffet had enough variety, though items were sometimes cold. Housekeeping was regular, but they missed replenishing toiletries once. Noise levels were low at night, which helped with sleep. The hotel had a small gym, though some equipment wasn't working. The overall ambiance was warm, but lacked a unique touch. Value for money was acceptable considering the location. Ideal for short stays or business trips rather than luxury getaways. Overall, a satisfactory stay with room for a few improvements.

Comfortable stay Food is good Rooms are clean and good ambience

there is no swimming pool at the top. It’s a complete shady place, do not recommend anyone to go there, I vacated the place in 3 hours of my stay and shifted to another place.
