I didn't get-chance to stay there property was fully occupied refund my money

Very poor rooms and high amount requested

I was not provided any room even after booking confirmation from make my trip. I stayed outside after a long struggle. Till now my complaint is not resolved and my money is not reimbursed. Horrible experience yesterday

Terrible. No maintenance of the room. No cleanliness. I had to pay an extra amount for the room. I am fed up with this trip.

This guys using the need of travellers and making them late and demanding more price during checkin. They will not give rooms until they get additional money. Rooms are very smelly and need to use the bathrooms used by others. It is not a hotel at all. Dont be in the net of these guys who offers less price and demand more during checkin.

They collected rs 700 extra

I booked rs one night this residency when I reach out this residency they are asked again rs900 .he said Oyo not updated yet what exact our ammount at mid night 12 am he said .i had no other chance to try to book other residency.alzo not worth rs per night .very bad

1. They denied checkin and asking for 1200 extra for each room? will you take any action.

We have made a k b residency for may 1st as showed in the make my trip app and also paid the shown amount. When we reached the property to check, de denied saying the amount paid is not sufficient. We have several to the support team and did not get a proper solution. We had wonder on street and got drenched by rain at the unknown place. Make my trip has also not compensated for this issue just giving back our paid amount. Because of this negligence by make my trip we have big loss of time, work and money.

Worst than public toilet. Very bad behaviour from the receptionist.

I paid extra amount of 530 rupees they didn’t give the bill now. Even after repeatedly contacting the hotel they didn’t give the bill

Very very bad worst behavior of the reception people I am not recommend to anybody in future.

Bathroom no cleaning. And bed

No hygiene

Please avoid this hotel if you like neatness. Every where you find this hotel rooms cockroach 🪳 insects, ants and spiders. They not clean even bed. Blanket is not washed. Another people's who is used before same they give us too. Very very worst experience in this hotel my Life time travel. Please friends strongly I'll suggest avoid this Hotel.
