Excellent Stay

Tv was not working. And while reaching at 4 pm we have to wait for 45 minutes to get the room whereas our stay was only for few hours. Room condition was terrible. Lot of water was there near wc. And sheets were not even changed. Could easily see they were shabby

worst stay in my life, ruined our travel experience. stayed alongside cocroaches .There no facilities available as mentioned in booking sheet by makemytrip Make my trip and hotel are fooling people with neat and clean images of hotel. no such hotel is present in mahipalpur wit arrogant stall and receptionist.

It was a very terrible experience at this hotel. I reached there at 3 AM and had already informed the property manager about my late check-in. He had committed that everything would be ready. However, when I arrived, the reception staff said there was no room available and that they might shift me to another property. After a lot of discussion, they provided one room after half an hour. There was no elevator, no Wi-Fi service, the telephone was not working, and most of the time, electricity was also not available.

We took a taxi from the airport and the taxi driver told us not to go to the hotel as the hotels there were bad. He said many such things but we came to the hotel and everything was very good in the hotel. The reception was very nice. They talked to us very nicely and the staff there was very clean. The breakfast was also good. Your behaviour service, we had a booking for six days here but we had some work. We extended our stay by 4 more days due to visa but they treated us very well at the lower price and our stay was very good. We will request that if you ever come with your family then stay here.

Had a terrible stay. The flush was not working. The buckets and linen were dirty. Had cockroaches running left right and center. No lift facility. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in.

The hotel is in a very small street, the room is not like what is shown in pictures, while booking it is shown as four star The room, bed, wash room is very very bad. The bed has bed bugs, the AC is very old in broken condition and not working.
