I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. What stood out the most was the food – every meal was fresh, delicious, and served with great presentation. The variety in the menu and authentic flavors made dining a highlight. Overall, it’s an excellent place for both comfort and good food!

Poor Stay
businessThis is one of the worst experiences i ever had in hotel stays. Worst rooms, full or bedbugs. The rooms stink like crazy and absolutely do not look like the pictures. The so called claim of deluxe rooms are as good as those rooms which cost around 500-800 rupees around mahipalpur or paharganj. The quality of food is pathetic. Rotten bananas and half cooked parathas and potatoes. If you complain the staff here can be as rude as possible. Never visit this hotel

It was a terrible ex
How the photos has been shown about the rooms it not at all like that. I have booked as it was showing valued. First of all the navigation provided is wrong, rooms look like 500 rupees room, much food option was not there. The hotel has provided only two half litres bottles. There are no comb, slippers, hair dryers and even wifi was the worst, no laundry bags. Mm t should not mark these kinds of hotels as mm t valued. Even though the park view hotel i booked from here is 100 times better than this at the same cost.

Food is very good but room is lilo bit small no cross ventilation. Locetion of hotel is very easy to search

Pluses and minuses of stay
groupWe stayed for one night at hotel kastor on the occasion of durga puja. The best part of the stay was the food - it was simple, that is, not too oily or spicy, but delicious. The room was decent, had a functional ac and tv. The bathrooms were clean. The bed sheet on the bed has two gaping holes and one of the cups given in the room was cracked. The cup was replaced with repeated complaints. The staff and people are decent, no issues there. Overall, we had a decent stay

Receptionist behavior and worst service
Receptionist was not at all polite. Her behaviour was rude. We have ordered tea. They haven't give that as well. Totally worst service

In the price property is good
Property is good but people working there is not that much professional in handling guest. Not that much accommodative for silly things they will behave as if they are computer generated coad nothing can be changed. Not ready provide any invoice if you have booked

Room is small, veg. Food is average, tv is old fashioned, bed is not comfortable, but staff are excellent.

familyDoesn't match with the photos they have uploaded. It was okay. Not worth the tarrif they are charging, absolutely not. Also, the washroom was a bit dirty and smelly. The furniture was very old and tarnished.

Kastor international hotel
It was a lovely stay for a family. The hotel was super clean and the washrooms were also very clean. The room service and cleaning people were very friendly and professional. They did their work very nicely and kept the room clean everyday irrespective of us telling them to clean it. Will surely pick this hotel for my next stay too.

Worst stay ever
familyWe booked a super deluxe room and it was a super worst room. Neither phone working nor fridge. Dirty walls and dirty floors and washroom if you see, you will puke. Charging approx 5000 per night and worst property maintenance. Will not recommend any one ever.

Re-think when you book here
They will strictly follow the check in & check out time. If exceeds, they will charge the full amount for a day. I was charged 3000 for exceeding 12 hours (4 hours before check in & 8 hrs after check out time. The food was good & hot. Other services i haven’t used so don’t have a word on that. Money-minded
