Very rush behaviour, charging extra than booking, if customer paid online before check in lady at reception will ask more money to check in, very bad and irresponsible behaviour, no service providing, geyser, tea, pillow cover, bed sheet was very much dirty in condition, even ragged

Charges extra in cash in the name of super deluxe room, but the quality of hotel room was below average, there was not cleaning on the floor, no water supply, no towel, i have to ask for these things. And i don't know why they charged me extra although i paid advance in full.

Not a good place to stay for family and will charge you more if you book with makemytrip after checking in saying they had discontinued on make my trip and

I booked a classic room, but after reaching the hotel, the lady said your room is gone, we don't have classic rooms available anymore, she said you have to pay 500 extra to upgrade to a deluxe room. Even after booking a room they give it to someone else what's the point of booking a room?

Bathroom was not clean. Toilet stains were present. Other facilities were average. Staff is good and cooperative

Worst service very rude behaviour from receptionist as well with owner brother. They denied to provide breakfast however i opt a room with breakfast
