Jis naam se hotel ki booking Thi vah Hotel ka naam nahin tha hotel Jahan bahut Hi Andhera tha isliye Ek average Hi Tha bus

It was an awesome experience the property was very good. Staff are cooperative and are also responsible. The location is a convenient road side.

bad experience..no sign board of hotel, tough to locate and manager was stupid asking questions he wasn't supposed to know

room is not as spacious as visible in images, even if you will ask him to change the room they will say that it's not available. you will understand there service as soon as you check in.

The Hotel Golden Place does not exist they are operating under a name and providing a different room which is shown . Room was not clean , it was very small, they asked for extra charges for towel and soap threatened to cancel the booking and also made us checkout before 9 am overall the worst experience of my life

Support staff with quick service. My distributors visit delhi and they feel happy with services.

The room is small but it's neat and clean, friendly staff as well, location is convenient one problem is they don't have a lift

Worst staff behaviour i ever dealt with. Their way of addressing information and talking to customers is terrible or outrageous. No mirror inside bedroom. Rest is bearable.

First of all the the golden palace hotel not showing on location, i was directly the hotel team to get the location, the room is very pathetic, i was not stay there on the hole day, when i saw the rooms and smell i hate and book and another hotel and stay there, i was lost my money. The hotel is actually called something else and the rooms have a really bad odour. Worst experience ever

It was a nice place for solo travel and short stay, place has good connectivity with metro and nearby shops
