Stay was good and good service

The room was very small and dirty, the bedsheet was torn, the blanket was stinking, the TV was not working, the image of the room that I saw during make my trip was completely fake.. I was very disappointed that I got such a useless room and hotel at this rate, which I absolutely did not deserve...

Pathetic rooms with no cleanliness in the rooms , dirty washrooms and no upkeep of the rooms available

Rooms are small but staff is very helpful n supportive overall good as very near to railway station

We were charged more than the booking amount and ₹30 for a 1 litre Bisleri bottle

all the photos uploaded by owner are fake except the one in which bed is directly connected to both the wall. even the bed size they mentioned is king , but in room it is queen. I booked the hotel, but didn't stay there just as the behaviour is very rude, all they continuously repeating we have uploaded one correct photo. so I strictly suggest don't book this hotel based on specification given and photos(which is only option for us to believe) . quality of room is worst you can think of in this range of rooms.

We had worst experience. There were cockroaches and spider webs... There was no proper room cleaning.... Washroom and taps of washroom was not neat and clean. The hotel is completely opposite of what the picture is reflecting.

nothing was up to satisfaction. location is not good. room service is not good. it does not have a restaurant. VERY VERY untidy. best is that I recommend to be REMOVED from MMT list. Please take OUT this property from your list

its nt a hotel, its just like a dharmshala, no one aminities there which showen on app, its totaly froud so no one go there, staff behaviour so rudly, the room showing on app of hotel was nt there, and room was there that nt showen , so no one choose this hotel, badsheet so dirty, washroom aslo damaged

I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves a warning label. From the moment I checked in, the room was a nightmare — filthy floors, stained sheets, and worst of all, cockroaches crawling across the bed and bathroom. Disgusting! What made it even worse was the complete lack of safety for female guests. The front desk staff were unprofessional and made inappropriate comments. I didn’t feel safe at all staying here alone — I ended up sleeping with a chair against the door. This hotel should be SHUT DOWN. It's a health hazard and a threat to women’s safety. Avoid at all costs — I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

such a bad experience all the switch has been broken, very dirty pillows and bed cover , no ventilation at all, not recommended at all.
