Hotel rooms and stay is good and hygienic. strategically located and people are also good but food is very costly in comparison to the other hotels nearby secondly the breakfast is also costly considering the quality and spread in buffet.

The interior was good, hygienic, and the location was great with a good roadside view. Overall, it was a good experience, but the TV wasn’t working properly and there weren’t any subscriptions available. There wasn’t a fan, but the AC was cooling slowly.

Bad stay- blood stains on the blanket and bed sheet

When we check in, the view from room was good and feeling of the room was good but as we checked the bed we found multiple blood stains on the white blanket. We called hotel and they said to change the room, we didn't as there was no other good room finally they changed the bedsheets after long discussion. Breakfast too was very limited. Morning we complained to manager and he called housekeeping started shouting in front of us showing that he cares but actually he was showing his bad temper.

Our stay was for 3days and 2 nights. The hotel is excellent condition. Recommend to everyone. The staff are cordial and really helpful when required. Only complaint regarding the clean ling of the room was not as per required time.

A 3 star disguised as 4 star

Really, was perturbed looking at the facilities as it was nowhere close to what it is mentioned on the sight.. The reception was more like a car park.. Hardly any staff.. The hotel had a slight stench of phenol... There was rat in the Aircon vent which was making nuisance.. Surprisingly no buffet breakfast.. They asked to order a-la-carte... Maybe shortage of guests... There was no Air-Conditioning in the reception and corridors. Really, disappointed. The backyard of hotel was really bad...

The location of the hotel is average. Front office is not so impressive. The front office staff was very helpful. The rooms are very nice and the decor of the room is very modern. Superb room with all good facilities. Their was not much to do in the hotel. The hotel is value for money. The appearance of the overall hotel is good. They have to improve on food. The waiter gave me fruit in breakfast which was cut with the knife previously used to cut onions. The cleanliness at the hotel was very good. The beds are comfortable. AC was superb.
