The room was unhygienic and dirty. even the bed and quilt were decades old. Room service was pethitic. I have to called many times at the reception to send someone to pick the luggage ultimately I have to do it myself. In short property is not up to the mark with untrained staff.

I would like to bring to your attention the poor experience I faced during my stay at Hotel Centrum. The TV recharge was not done despite several requests since morning until checkout. The breakfast quality was very poor and not up to standard. The room lock was broken, which raises serious security concerns. Overall, the room facilities and service quality were highly disappointing. I request you to kindly look into these issues and take corrective action to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Horrible experience, as per reception person said Itna se Paise mein Itna he milega.....while i hv complained for non working of AC and no hot water and no TV where functioning, most interesting part is booking mila hai woh he bade baat hai...
