There was no refrigerator in the room which is a basic need, especially, in the summer. Bed & linen were dirty and unhygienic. It was not cleaned properly as hairs were present in the pillow and the bedsheet. For the stay of 2 people, at least 2 towels should be provided but there was only 1 towel which was not replaced either. The TV in the room was not working. The cupboard had no doors and there were no toiletries given. Also, for the amount they are charging, they should at least provide 2 water bottles in a room but only one was given, that too, when I asked for it. There is no daily cleaning, unless you ask for it. If you won't, they won't clean your room for the entire stay. The worst part is the forced choice to order food from their hotel and the prohibition of ordering food from outside.
