Hotel Shimla Heritage ( Near BLK Hospital)

We checked in early so He asked for extra money I told him that sir early check-in was written there so please give us check-in he said you will use AC and everything so extra charge is needed I was exhausted dur to traveling so i gave him because cancellation was also not there , room hygiene was nrml , AC was not working so we changed the room , food was also nrml not that good

Feedback about my 2 days stay at Hotel Shimla Heritage Delhi: Shabby hotel, highly overpriced, damp spots on each wall, balcony is covered in 5 cm deep layer of dust. The property manager was also rude

As we checked in late, they refused for a late check out. But we went out for a shopping as well which took a few hours. So we compensated the same... amenities are very poor and they don't even have a restaurant. overall we don't like the stay.....

Unhigenic, towels dirty, torn old used look. No slippers for wash room. Stinchy room. No wash room kit. Rude behaviour

Very shabby rooms and linen. Food quality was very poor. The bed sheets were not clean at all showing dirt spots . Asked for early get up call. But even receptionist was sleeping tight

The property is okay like to stay for a couple of days. Since the crowd around the property is mainly comprising of students (ias, updc) the place is very quiet with no fuss around. You can get good food in the nearby area.

Location is good nearby karol bagh. All the staff is very cooperative and room is in good condition.

There were cockroaches in the room. Rooms were small but that was expected at this price range. Staff was helpful, hot water was provided but i cannot recommend this place to anyone as cleanliness was bad, bed was creaky, wardrobe was broken

Hotel rooms and service was decent but they’ll trick you if you ask them for a cab for delhi local site seeing and you will end up spending more money

My exp was very bad. The rooms are not up to the mark. Bed sheets were dirty. The door lock is in bad condition, the room wall was dirty, the chair cover was very dirty, and the drawers were broken.

All the members are well behaved with prompt service as well the food quality is good with all basic amenities provided. The location of the hotel is prime reason for your stay in karol bagh area as the commutation is easy.

Quite good experience, staff is also good and polite always ready to helpful i already know this place cause my office staff use to book this for us

The bath towels are very dirty and need to be changed.

I think you should check your records. On what issues happened. And due to this we had changed this hotel and it was handled by your customer care. We never stayed in shimla heritage. You need to do your homework first. Before shooting queries

It was terrible condition of rooms there. Worst hotel i had ever seen. Humble request to team mmt please kick it out.

When we re-ac there they allow to one room for refresh one hour then they promise us after one hour rooms will be ready. When we come back in the night they not given the rooms and shift to another hotel.
