Poor hotel

We stayed for 2 nights and i don’t want to recommend to anyone for stay, several reasons and factors. The hotel is not what it shows online through the picture. I should say it’s a scam of make my trip, the room is completely different from the original room, the host is no show he don’t care, he will never answer the call and nor uh will get a call back. When we booked, we book the sharing apartment with dining room and bathtub and all. However nothing was in original all fake pictures placed. It’s completely fault because they are entertaining such properties. I want my refund of complete stay not from hotel
