We stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms were clean on arrival. Regular cleaning was done. Staff was polite and helpful. They provided a welcome drink.

Location is prime, karol bagh, walkable to jhandewalan metro station, well maintained rooms, spacious, neat bathrooms, soft spoken staff. Noce hotel for families and business travellers. South indian food is awesome at this hotel. Worth for money.

Ambiyance of the hotel is very bad. Ro reception place.n Rooms are very small and no cross ventilation. The existingwindows can not be opened. No restaurent. It's situated in between automobile shops. Too noise. My stay for three days is very hard and terrible. At last ended up with dysentery to me and to my wife. Room charged Rs.2000 extra saying executive delux room. And nothing extra. Just window is on road side and no extra space or nothing

I made the booking through this app paid the amount and while check in they denied us entry because the couples are not allowed in this hotel. They did not even pay back the booking amount back. The staff literally was so unwelcoming, they outright threw us out and said no on will allow you entry. Please don’t book your rooms here
