Review Of Airport Hotel Mayank Residency

They changed the hotel on their own. Other hotel name was Sky View It was 1 km away At midnight I have to walk 1 km with the staff. The hotel staff were very rude.

Very nice hospitality upon arrival, staff was very easy to work with. Place looked amazing upon entry and when we got to our room, we were mind blown about how beautiful the rooms looked.

There management was awsome, food quality is very nice and in taste it is very delicious, near by international aiport very easily to find it because it is just on the main highway road

Everything was good.The hotel is fairly close to the airport and has the necessary amenities in it for the guests.

Stay was satisfied. But while i was check in there the staff was drinked liquor so that was annoying and quite uncomortable with the famiy

The staff was so un-inviting and they switched off the ac during the night time and restarted it just before morning. I had such an unpleasant experience as I had a flight to catch the next morning. Please don't suggest me such disgusting hotels next time.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to poor service and unacceptable practices by your staff. Specifically, the air conditioning in my room was deliberately switched off for a large part of the night, causing immense discomfort. This is completely unprofessional and unfair to guests who pay for services expecting basic facilities to function properly throughout their stay. I hope you will investigate this matter seriously, address this behavior with your staff, and take corrective action to ensure no guest has to face such treatment in the future. It's a non-AC hotel. I am paying. hidden cost Rs.600 bill not provided. It's a worst hotel. Service Zero. very bad bedding. used bedding given. two nights not able to sleep. the AC not working properly. off the AC at 12:00 am and on the AC at 06:00 am. I trust make my trip. 90% false statement on your App.

bedroom sheets were dirty. bathroom wasn't clean at all. ac doesn't work properly. door lock is broken. i recommend spend little more for better hotel room. this is not worthy at all

very bad experience. location is a tiny lane with heavy traffic. Hotel is too dusty. Rooms are dirty. It is not maintained for years. curtains are dirty, toilets stinks, broken door locks. taps, no flush and not maintained for ages I think. rusty dead geyser. No hot water. Manager and servents are arrogant and care less. horrible experience . MMT should take it seriously and not list such hotels.

The hotel I stayed at was an average grade, the average was below the standard, The bathroom closet looks really pathetic. It doesn't have any flush work.The window AC provided was very noisy so it was very difficult to sleep.
