Hotel Palm View by JMD Group

Traveling with my elderly parents is always tricky, especially around busy places like airports. But Palm View made it seamless. The pickup from IGI Airport was smooth, and the staff helped us with luggage and check-in. The hotel felt homely and clean. We rested well and were dropped back comfortably for our evening flight. Big thumbs up!

My cousin’s wedding was in Delhi, and our whole extended family flew in from different cities. We all stayed at Palm View, and it was such a smooth experience! The airport pickups and drops were super helpful, especially with so many guests. The rooms were clean, the service was warm, and the location was ideal — just 10 minutes from IGI Airport. It made our family trip stress-free and enjoyable.

I had an early morning international flight and didn’t want to take chances with Delhi traffic. Palm View turned out to be the perfect choice. Not only was it just a few minutes from IGI Airport, but their pickup and drop service made things effortless. The room was cozy, clean, and surprisingly quiet considering its location. This place is now my go-to airport hotel!

Good location with open space, gentle and cooperative staff from reception to overall services, pickup and drop on accurate timing. So it was very comfortable and reliable. Overall it's excellent.👍

Good clean rooms in that price range. Suitably located on main road. Courteous staff and all basic amenities working.

*Review for Hotel Palm View by JMD, Delhi* Our experience at Hotel Palm View was quite distasteful and frustrating. The main issue was their poor service response. We had pre-booked an extra mattress for my son, but despite multiple reminders, it was not provided on time. He had to visit the reception three times, and it still took them over an hour to respond. Such negligence is unacceptable, especially when the request was made well in advance. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Trip was short, we checked in around 11pm and checked out around 7am to catch 9am flight at Terminal 3 of IGI airport. Room is small, just good enough for a short stay before boarding flight. Basic toiletries, AC, hot kettle, water etc. were available.

The property is good, marred by the bad behaviour of the staff, particularly the rude male receptionist.

I had a long layover at IGI Delhi Airport and was looking for a quick place to rest. That’s when I discovered Hotel Palm View — and wow, what a surprise! The airport pickup was right on time, and within minutes, I was relaxing in a peaceful room away from the airport chaos. The staff was courteous, and the drop back to the terminal the next morning was smooth. Highly recommended for transit travellers!

Rooms are large, clean, and very cozy. Wonderful experience! will surely come again whenever i got chance.
