Terrible Stay

Smelly toilets Dirty bedsheets No one came to pick up the luggage after 3 calls No lifts so we have to pick up the luggage ourself When complaint to counter manager no response standing blank. Only thing that was nice is breakfast.

The pickup from IGI Airport was smooth, and the staff helped us with luggage and check-in. The hotel felt homely and clean. We rested well and were dropped back comfortably for our evening flight. Perfect Stay Near the Airport

- Stayed here for one night and had a somewhat positive overall experience. - Common area, room and bathroom were very clean. - There are no non-smoking rooms and no lift or elevator in the property. - Staff members are accommodating and respectful. - The food itself was good, but the ordering and delivery process was quite cumbersome, resulting in delays of 1.5 hours on two separate occasions.
