Hotel Marina

They did not provide me the complimentary breakfast which was told would be provided

Air conditioning was not working in my room so i had to change my room at midnight

Property is not valuable I faced many issues, insects, cockroaches roming in the room on the bed. Foul smell in the rooms. Rooms with no ventilation... bedsheets and blankets were not clean. I faced a terrible experience... The hotel staff sprayed some chemical for the cockroaches but the smell did not went off... It remained there for the whole night, with the result I got severe infection. totally unhygenic.

It feels intimate yet grand, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. very helpfully staff

There is no AC, Even no hanger in the room, Switch are not working beside the bed. Bed is also not clean so much oh cutting hair on the bed in room no:202. worst hotel I don’t like to recommend

If possible to rate less than 1 i would prefer to give, it's a horrible experience to stay at this hotel. Why we prefer to stay in hotel after a long journey, for comfortable and relaxing, hare everything missing. Even no water supplies in the room, even no breakfast, where it's includes in my deal & booking.

Worst experience. I paid full amount 2 days prior to my arrival and arrived at the hotel at 4 a. M. And i am shocked to see their horrible behaviour. They denied the booking and asked me to contact mm t or asked me to get refund by cancel-ling the booking. Very indecent and uneducated pathetic people.
