whie the managers of the property were ok. I was moved to another hotel, a different one from the one I booked. this one was extremely run down with poor rooms, nothing close to what it was booked. very disappointed. they moved all people who had booked through MMT to this other hotel from the actual one booked. bad experience

It's not a deluxe room, rest room is very worst, not sufficient space in return room, very small bed. I don't have images

The location of the homestay is very practical especially because of its proximity to hazrat nizamuddin railway station. Room service for food is available. The water supply may create a bit of a problem.

The place is an average place with no lift to go on the 3rd floor. Room has an ac without a remote, so u can't control the temperature of it. Bathroom was clean except that the taps had become green with fungus layers. No water bottle & soap provided. Tv dsnt have proper channels or entertainment. I stayed for two days. The room provided to me is not cleaned. They are not changing the bedsheet, blanket, etc. And they won't clean the room and washroom everyday. Not a welcoming receptionist and no proper response. You have to answer a lot of queries for booking through makemytrip. You have to bring/buy towels, soap, everything on your own, because, they won't provide. No complementary breakfast as given in mmt. Only positive things, good window ac and better washroom.

Hello, geyser not working, wash basin tap not working properly. Overall experience was average. Can be improved

It was mixed experience staying here. They run this place in combination of both short term & long term rentals, so most basic things weren't there like mosquito repellent, towel etc. Mosquito is a big problem there. But owner of the place is very nice as well as the caretaker santosh. They were always willing to help. Mobile and internet is very poor in this area.

hotel is situated in a good location in delhi and the staffs of the hotel are very good. its a newly buit building.we stay 3days with comfortable stay😊

Food is not up to the mark. And the food quantity so less, we order to egg brain. They gave very small quantity for high price.

I was with family and this stay was intended to be near to our meeting place. Had a good stay, we had clean line, we delete the safety and clean rooms, public transport commutation is reasonably closer.

The hotel is decently located and well connected. The staff is co-operative and well behaved. Breakfast is included in tariff. I got a great deal from MakeMyTrip which made the hotel great value for money.

Satwah Homestay is a private resIdence turned into a hotel. I had a spacious room in this modest establishment. The AC was defunct and the TV worked erratically. Room service was slow, the food was at best average and overpriced. I was woken up early in the morning by exercise freaks who laughed like hyenas in the nearby park. OK if all you want is a place to spend a couple of nights.

Very homely. I liked the room and staff .. And view from the room was very nice .. Staff of the hotel was also good .. Rooms are designed very beautifully .. Furniture is also very good .. I would like to ask people to come and stay here once

Large room, lots of greens to see from the huge windows. The AC worked really well. Comfortable bed as well. However, the WiFi did not work and I complained twice but they didn't pay heed. It wasn't being detected on any of my devices. Breakfast is a mayo sandwich from the fridge or bread butter toast. It's difficult to find the property.
