The Grace BNB

I stayed at this property for one day and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The The Grace BNB is located in a rather unclean area, and the approach road was filled with mud and dirty water, making it very difficult to access. It was also hard to find, as the location didn’t match what I saw on the app. The photos and reviews online were quite misleading. In reality, the room was not well-maintained — switches were broken, there was no hot water, and the bedsheet and pillow covers appeared used. Cleanliness was definitely not up to standard. Also, please be aware that there's an additional cleaning charge, which is not clearly mentioned upfront but hidden in the terms and policies section. So make sure to read all the fine print before booking. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I hope this helps others make a more informed decision. my experience was quite disappointing. The The Grace BNBs location is also excellent, with easy access to all the main tourist attraction. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.

Comfy room and friendly atmosohere. Nearby the airport. Good comnunication and a decent breakfast. Hospitable abd friendly smiling staff. I have only positive aftertaste. Keep shining 🙏🏻

Fantastic service by the staffs. Hotel is well maintained, rooms are very good. We stayed only for one night here and would suggest for a stay in this The Grace BNB.
