Room setup is good. Quick response. But the AC installed is pretty old. It worked for a couple of days and didn't work on our last day of our trip. We couldn't sleep and were irritated to stay in the room to beat the heat.

The hotel lacked basic essentials like towel, hand wash etc. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Flush and hand jet were not working properly

It was a wonderful stay with all facilities that one requires at your service. It has clean rooms and a good vibe overall. The terrace and the balconies were the best part. Had a great time. Definitely recommend!
