Maintenance Required. Geyser Not Working, Flush is also not working. there is no Room on Grd floor as we are expected we have got Room no 2 nd flr.

Poor service, walls have Celine even the whole almirah is broken, cockroaches in the room, bedsheet is so dirty, hotel doesn't have the water bottles even, whenever I called them for water they denied. Really pathetic. Do not book here if you want a fair and pleasant stay.

The Room wasn't clean that much and no hot water but the staff was good and cooperative they gave us another room for shower.

Unhygienic, AC not working, bed sheet not cleaned, Room full of dust , location horrible , water not free .

Whatever location provided for this hotel is not right. No one will pick your call. They scam me, please be aware. Even they will not refund your money and this travel agency also support this.

We did not face any problem in finding the hotel. The hotel is fine and the location is also fine. The room in the hotel is also very good. The price of the room in the hotel is very normal. The room is very good in normal price.

Location is good for airport rest of the city is far away, but it doesn't matter much, thanks to delhi metro room is average, ac is good it's a good bargain for the price they are offering. If someone has a higher budget, then look for other options.

The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible and front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality and there was lot insects. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me, dont go with this hotel in my life. Request to make my trip to remove this pathetic hotel from mm t portal.
