No service, it seems to be betrayed because very inferior quality of food are served.No room services old bed covers & pillow covers are being provided to the guests In fact no facility as projected during booking on line. Everything was good, host was attentive calm and welcoming-even when we arrived after midnight. Morning was spiced eggs on toast and it was yummy special demand by me. Room number 302 3rd floor lift is there it's a big room with all amenities.Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. The hotel's surroundings are not all good, when on a rainy day the hotel front road was flooded like anything. No cupboard was there to hang the clothes so I need to fold and keep everything on a daily basis . Also the window A/C is installed there with a very heavy operational sound. The external sounds and next room voice were clearly audible in my room. On a positive note the house keeping and cleanliness were good . Also the staff's behaviour was very friendly and helpful.
