No service, it seems to be betrayed because very inferior quality of food are served.No room services old bed covers & pillow covers are being provided to the guests In fact no facility as projected during booking on line. I think "make my trip " is also responsible for tie up with such hotel as I booked the rooms through make my trip app.

Everything was good, host was attentive calm and welcoming-even when we arrived after midnight. Morning was spiced eggs on toast and it was yummy special demand by me. We really liked this place and would absolutely stay here again. Washroom aroma is good and clean. Hair dryer is available that's good. Positive video from room. nearby airpot

thankyou you so much for taking care for my family. obliged with our request for extra towel. Room number 302 3rd floor lift is there it's a big room with all amenities.Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

excellent safe property
My experience at this hotel was truly wonderful. The place itself is very good, but what makes it stand out even more is people. The personality, hospitality, and warmth of everyone here made my stay special. All the staff were extremely nice, polite, and helpful throughout. I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff was very professional, courteous, and always ready to help. Poor Stay
No complimentary received mention in the MMT. Poor services, TV and electric kettle are not working. Ekectric switches are not working. Worst experience ever.

Average hotel on the main road. Mostly booked by travelers for one night at the max or local party goers for a night party. Barely average cleanliness. Old ACs and electric appliances VERY noisy since its right on the main road In short - Your average cheap hotel

Bed was not comfortable as it's spring mattress ,it's not relaxing , and food I didn't take since earlier I had a bad experience ,for water bottle they have charge 10rs extra without bill

Average Stay
The hotel's surroundings are not all good, when on a rainy day the hotel front road was flooded like anything. No cupboard was there to hang the clothes so I need to fold and keep everything on a daily basis . Also the window A/C is installed there with a very heavy operational sound. The external sounds and next room voice were clearly audible in my room. On a positive note the house keeping and cleanliness were good . Also the staff's behaviour was very friendly and helpful.

From the moment i arrived the staff were warm welcoming and attentive to my every need the room was spacious modern and immaculately clean with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit every taste
