The main property is located at dariyajung not at redford hotel room were upto mark, well-maintained and clean. Staff were polite and helpful. I have booked twin room for my family due to non availablity of any other room but was immediately shifted to duplex room when i asked for it. Food was healthy but limited options were available.

The hotel is at a very remote location and has great accessibility to red fort and nearby transport. The room was very spacious and had very good hygiene. The staff is very humble and supportive. All in all very happy with my stay.

I booked for three nights, reached early on day 1, had to pay rs 500 extra for an early checkin. Hotel should be accomodative if a room. Is available & avoid fleecing customers. Besides this incident, the hotel is good, hygienic, reasonably good food ( eggatarion), though options for pure paid breakfast are limited. The plus point is their location, being in daryaganj, it's close to chandni chowk & jamamasjid.

Well located, very neat hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 20:30 with almost 20 people in line to check in. My baby was crying non stop due to long travelling, and no exception was made to help or check in.
