Poor Stay
I had booked to fab lemon tree hotel in near Yoshobhumi Dwarka. there are many problems faced by me. Hotel staff is not professional. He denied to gave room to me after a call to mmt he ready to allocated to room and his room was very dirty and floor was oiled feel. very disappointed to this booking

Beyond pathetic hotel, it all started yesterday when I was leaving for my work around 6 and asked till what time do you serve food they said 11, I was back around 10:30 and they said kitchen is closed. The hotel is in deserted area so there are no shops or eateries nearby and they don’t allow food from outside upon arguing they agreed to provide me Maggi. In morning I had to leave for an interview at 7:30 so I asked if I can ore order breakfast, they replied we can only provide sandwich at 7 am that too it’ll be prepared at night and kept in fridge in morning ask anyone to give it to you from fridge. When u called in morning they said sorry kitchen is closed, I asked for a glass of warm water which as well was denied; when u went to the reception and requested they boiled tap water and gave me in a glass. When I was back and asked for beak fast at 9:30 they said call at 10:30, and at 10:30 they said kitchen opens at 12 noon hence breakfast is served at 12. Then said your checkout is due at 11 am, I already paid for breakfast all u asked was either provide me breakfast or refund my breakfast meal component. They illogically explained that it is provided at 12 however you need to check out now upon saying that this doesn’t makes sense 4 male staff hovered towards me raised there voice and asked me to leave upon refuting and said talk to MMT team not us. Nobody from MMT or hotel solved my problem, I paid for the breakfast I didn’t had and was treated in an ill mannered way. THE HOTEL IS NOT SAFE AS THE MALE MANAGERS THINK THEY CAN KICK YOU OUT WHENEVER-THEY WANT. Please go to the hotel if you can sustain without food for 18 hours!

my Whorst experience
Terrible, whorst hotel... this is my whorst experience. This is not better then even a Dharamshala. Hotel was not having any restaurant, Complimentary breakfast was sent to room only and it inclued only 2 Aloo Parantha for 2 person without courd and pickle or any other dish. Rooms Bathroom Tower Bolt or Lock was broken. Tv was not working. There are lots of deficiencies in the hotel. Make my Trip must be careful regarding these type of Hotels. I will remember my This whorst experience while booking on Make my Trip next time,

Terrible Stay
Hotel refused for the check in They said they can’t offer room on the booking. I had to pay them seperately for the stay. Put the request for the refund who can was conveyed to me that request has been raised. Make my trip official said the hotel comes under Fab and tried numerous times to connect with them but could not do and said no one is available

"Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, I arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Room basic but clean and comfortable. "
