So, if I talk about the location, it was nice because it was near a good restaurant. Actually, the hotel itself was connected to that restaurant, so the location was convenient. The food was also good — I tried it both at the restaurant and through room service, and I liked it.
But if I talk about the services, they were horrible. I had to call them two or three times, and still no one came. They just kept saying, “We are coming, we are coming.” I don’t know if they had a shortage of workers or what, but the service was very poor.
Now, about the room condition — it was the worst. The bedsheet was full of stains, the pillow covers were torn from the sides, and even the towels were not washed properly. When I removed the blanket from the bed, I found dirt underneath. The sofa in the room was also in terrible condition — it was torn and unusable.
I asked them to change the towels and bedsheets. They only changed the towel, but for the bedsheet and blanket, they said it would be done the next day because the laundry hadn’t come yet. They even told me, “It’s not our mistake, sir, it’s the laundry’s mistake.” But why should I suffer because of that? The first night was horrible, not at all what I expected.
When I asked them to change the room because of the sofa, they refused. They said previous customers had destroyed it and that nothing could be done. I told them at least put a fine on such customers, but they replied, “This is not how things work, sir.”
Honestly, I felt really pissed off.
