Had a wonderful stay,the location was perfect very supportive staff ,the room service was very good,value for money

clean & hygiene good hospitality & staff is helpful , Area & connectivity is very good near by market & metro

Location is no doubt. It is good. But the hotel was not clean. No hot water, too much smell in bathroom. It is not worth staying in such amount.

It's a hotel with no service apart from crammed room and a bed. Rats and cockroaches cohabit in the premises and rooms. Hotel as no kitchen services and can't even provide decent tea. You will have to venture out for every necessity including something as basic as packed mineral water. Most of the electrical equipments such as charging points and television don't work. Better avoid this place.

Property location is good, but the room quality is average i mean good for single person, for family stay this hotel is not perfect. Staff are cooperative, food facilities not available but you have variety of street food nearby

Location is excellent there is no food facility in the hotel, but you can get a variety of non-vegetarian food options in walking distance, which solves the purpose. Amenities requires replacement/services for better experience, like door locks are not proper, curtains are old and not clean, as far as services is concern it is good, hotel staff are very helpful and available in single call.

first of all the rooms are too small, you can't even imagine. There is no kitchen or restaurant in the hotel, so forget even a single cup of tea. You have to go outside the property everytime to get yourself food and water. They dont have drinking water in the hotel. There is no wifi, no tv, not even a night light/night lamp in the rooms. Bathroom shower was not working, no soap, no hand wash, no nothing. Room lock was torn and damaged. It was a terrible mistake to select that hotel for the stay. There are many other hotels in same area with better services.

Everything was good especially cleaning. Staff behaviour service etc. Location is very good shaheen bagh market so no any problem for going around all delhi and ncr

I didn't stay there it was so horrible experience. I was with my family and had to change the hotel the same night. I didn't get the refund either. Can you please refund my stay i checked out the same day

Nice, it was nice staying at the hotel. Generally it was short stay. I wanted it nearby the preferred loctaion.

I booked hotel with breakfast but i haven’t got breakfast i had called in reception at 9 am to enquirer but got any positive response however at the time of check out i also informed the receptionist he was not sure and said will arrange and don’t know how much time it will take

No meal, no food. Very bad experience. I don't recommend. Make my trip not to exclude this type of hotel. No bell or intercom. Small rooms.

Good location in cheap price, near to noida. Metro near by with two station. Bus auto easy available

When i booked it i was not so sure about it. But the staff and management are very humble and good here. They are really very friendly and co-operative with the guests. The rooms are decent. Their service is really great at the price point. I loved it and i would suggest it if you want to stay in delhi for a few days. It also has a huge lobby to sit and chat with your local guests if you want.
