Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place

well, it has been a nice experience for the stay(stayed for 3 nights all together). The staff, the concierge desk all are filled with warmth and are very supportive. Irrespective of any of the ask you place infront of them they are welcoming to it. I don't recall the names of the support staff but all were beyond excellence, whether it's the duty manager, bell boy, security, the travel desk incharge all were good. Nice and cleaned rooms Food is great Staff is supportive Amenties being provided by them is great. Very near to Metro station Would definitely recomend others and definitely it's going to be my one stop stay whenever I am in New Delhi next. Moreover, there was a miscommunication during my 2nd leg of stay @Shandon but the staff managed it very well, really appreciate the way it was managed. Many thanks.

The Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place is too good, in comparison to the shabby Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Places flooded in pahadganj. I found its location extremely good. They also allowed early check-in. Staff was very polite and especially bittu was very Swift in responding to every need and complain. Only inconvenience was with the hot water They claimed it is for 24*7 but it was not. Infact on the last day of our stay we didn't get hot water at all and we were advised to get hot water from kettle. Which is an unrealistic solution.

loved my stay at the shandon Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place near cp! the staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive throughout. the beds were exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a restful night after exploring the city. great location, excellent service, and cozy rooms. highly recommended for anyone visiting delhi! especially cp area.

Stay was great except for the kitchen part !! Due to some problem in their kitchen (as told to me) they were not able provide food as per menu in the night. In the breakfast also they had limited menu !! Car parking was done on the road only as they did not had any private space for the same !!

It is a very wonderful Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place, Room service is very good, staff is very helpful. Whenever I get a chance to come to Delhi, I will stay in this Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place only. I would give this Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place a 5 star rating.

The stay in your Hotel Shandon @ Connaught Place was very good. Staff is very cooperative and humble. Food is also very nice. Rooms are very well designed and comfortable to stay in. Wash rooms are very neat and clean. Overall the stay eas very comfortable and nice.

Everything was good just a little problem of music coming from the nearby night club till midnight disturbed our sleep and its quite irritating...our stay was good.

It was a good location near metro station. The room was clean. Food was okay. The only issue I faced with hot water. They don’t have hot water facility in bathroom. Overvall experience was good.
