Worst hotel ever came across! Misbehaved with customers! Charged extra money!
The guy at reception named Dhoni who was on evening shift, charged me extra money for check-in, no invoice was provided for that amount and even after paying extra the room that was given to me did not had electricity in the bathroom, and the bedsheets and pillow cover were used and dirty which was clearly visible and smelly, upon requesting to change them they replied by saying that we do not have clean ones available. This was not enough, when I tried to sleep there was a rat in the room which was making noise the whole time even after complaining again and again there was no response from the hotel staff. They kept saying we don't have other rooms available. When I complained about these things the same guy named Dhoni at the reception spoke rudely and used inappropriate words. He did not have basic etiquette like how to speak with the guests. Later in the morning there was no water in the washroom. Even after complaining the same guy named Dhoni responded by saying sir we forgot to fill the water tank there is no water today. I had to leave without using the washroom. While doing the checkout he charged me more than the amount that was promised at the time of checkin and said I won't let you go if you won't pay this amount. So I had to pay extra money and again no invoice was provided even after asking and the invoice that was provided for the food was in the name of some other hotel. I'll advise everyone not to book this hotel at all. It's completely waste of money.

Online payment and breakfast issue
Not able to connect with Hotel representative Didn't proved breakfast after that my plan was including breakfast Hotel staff denied for checking because they didn't accept online payment

My strong suggestion say big no to this Hotel
Extremely pathetic service I had come across. They denied to check in because I have booked this Hotel through online with coupon so I got big discount and paid online. On the date of check in reception person said we won't allow person who had paid less amount and demand extra money for check in. That time I had no place to go and I checked in with extra money and checked out early in the morning. Please don't book this Hotel Bcoz your wasting your hard money.
