Great stay with a partner and amazing assistance
Nice stay and cozy vibes in the weekend for and ofc couple friendly. Rooms were cleaned as usual and had a good facility provided by the management.

very very bad house keeping service and room service also kitchen service. we have booked room with complimentary breakfast but breakfast provided 1st day only PURI BHAJI no tea and coffee and 2nd day does not provide any breakfast. Also hotel location is very very and please note Hotel name OPO but is registered The Delhi View on MMT site. And denied discount on food. we want some refund amount

Good Stay
The room was little conjusted with ac working at a fixed temperature. The behaviour of staff personnel was appreciable. We stayed there for few hours.

Request for Refund – Wrong Hotel Provided Instead of “Hotel The View”
I had booked Hotel The View at 10:28 AM However, when I reached the property at 12 PM, I was informed that no rooms were available. Without my consent, I was taken on foot to another property, Opo Essentials, Room 202, Mahipalpur. I was extremely tired and had no option but to stay there. Unfortunately, the condition of this hotel was highly unhygienic, very small, and completely different from what I had originally booked. This is not only but also unacceptable. Moreover, this is the second time I have faced such an issue.,

No water in hotel , already send video Lot of issues in the hotel. We already saw the videos on the video. Send the audio videos on the email ID. We talk with your customer person, but we are not getting anything. No water.

Very smelly rooms, nothing works. In washroom water blockage system is poor, fungus everywhere. In bed, wall, curtains everywhere you will find fungus. After informinging them about the room condition they will move you in s 2x2 room which the very smallest room and they will say they don’t have other rooms available and if we ask to negotiate for the small room they say that the prices are same for every room either it’s big or small. I will suggest you to not visit at this hotel. Very poor service. In night shift there was a boy taking the entries his attitude is on peak very bad attitude. He doesn’t know how to speak with girls or a family. I had big mistake. Don’t go please people stopppp
