Unhygenic and smelling nasty pillows, dirty washrrom mat, extremely uncomfortable mattress, interiors do not match with the pictures available on site. I had check out immediately and check in into another hotel. Have already raised complaint for the refund but no solution has been provided yet.

Pathetic staff. dirty rooms washrooms. stinking bed,pillows and washroom no proper ventilation for rooms and washroom, staff behaved very rudely unprofessional manner, were untrained village guys with nonuniforms, stinking cloths, Could not get even a bottlemof water while I paid more than 4000 per night for three rooms, two days stay. Terrible experience. food was purchased from local street vendors, limited and poor quality, staff was not attentive, dust everywhere, hotel was not traceable, faced too much problems

I did not expect such a service from MMT. Very terrible stay. I paid more than per night, three rooms for two nights. The hotel did not provide at least a drinking water bottle. Rooms were so dirty, stinking bed, pillows, washroom were worst. Every guest was complaining. the staff was very rude. Food was purchased from street, lowest quality, limited quantity. the hotel staff was arguing very much

We stayed for 1 night. We booked with breakfast, but they served breakfast at 10am, we were following up since 8am. Very unprofessional person as receptionist. Short of staff. There is only 1 person making food in the kitchen, same person giving room service, cleaning rooms. Receptionist is useless. Food quality is very bad. Washroom water supply cut at night. wWe wake-up at 6am for bathroom, snd there was no water. Had to spend time to wake-up up receptionist and get the supply in 30mins. Horrible experience.

I can give average rating. The room was not clean and there were more mosquitos and TV was not working. This is house not hotel. in 2 bhk house they created rooms.

The AC is not working, the cleaning person is not available, and the staff are not friendly people.... totally I will not recommend this residency.

Rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. One can't deny that. Basically it's a multi-storied apartment with flat-rooms being rented out as stays. If one books three rooms, there's always a chance that they will get an entire floor to themselves. However from the caretaker's side, behaviour needs to be improved and polished a bit. Was not given tea-bags or coffee pouches after the first day. Complimentary breakfast is offered but only from 9am. Those who are traveling for work, this arrangement is inconvenient for them.

The rooms were Clean, clean Linens provided along with room amenities, The location is good as it's on Safdarjung

The place is too small and situated in congestion place. the people around the hotel is too bad. seems like they purposely want to trouble guests. Would never stay in this hotel because of safety concerns.

The hotel is very dirty no proper staff, very shady location, it doesn’t have a board with the hotel name, very unmannered people, prices very very high according to the facilities infact there is no facility that been provided

Homely environment with helpful staff. But i had problem with hot water which i dint know why it doesn’t come in morning and comes after noon.

The stay was amazing. Staff nature was good. Rooms are clean. Room service is also available. No one disturb us in my stay. Location was easy to find using google map. I will suggest to stay here.

It was good, clean and neat. Actually it was not a hotel it is a 3bhk flat converted to individual bedroom stay. Who are expecting it as a hotel don't expect it as a hotel it's an apartment style stay.
