Please don't allow this hotel in makemytrip platform
businessI recently booked a hotel during my trip to delhi. Upon arrival, i struggled to locate the hotel as they listed a shop address. After asking around, i finally found the building above the shop. However, there was no reception or contact desk. I had to use my phone's torch to navigate the dark staircase to check for a reception desk upstairs, but found none. The building was old, dirty, and located in an unsafe area with no other people around. Feeling very unsafe, i decided to leave and promptly filed a complaint with makemytrip. I was disappointed with makemytrip for allowing such a hotel on their platform without proper verification. I urge them to verify listings to prevent such incidents in the future.
