Had issues the moment I stepped in, 1:00 pm was the check-in but I was given the room after 2:00 pm, the staff was totally u welcoming and cold, not even a good afternoon or any sort of greeting. I had a 3 hour complimentary late checkout, however the staff failed to acknowledge and asked me to pay extra, later it was resolved but they gave me only 2 hrs and not 3, this was the primary reason for me to book this place as I had planned my next stop accordingly. I ordered Tea in the morning, it was the worst ever chai I ever had, guess it messed up my stomach and now I’m unwell.. truly an experience I want to forget, clearly not recommended. Also quite a few things were missing as per the item list provided online, eg toiletries, no toothpaste and brush.. towels were not that clean.. the list goes on..
