very bad experience. service was very poor. non Coprative staff. they just take 1 hour to deliver 1 bottle of water. I had to call again and again reception. But after so many call no one was coming. I suggest not book this hotel anyone.... very very very poor service.

The rooms were good — not very spacious, but clean and aesthetically pleasing, so overall comfortable for a short stay. However, the service experience was disappointing. During Navratri, since we were on vrat, we asked for suitable food options but none were available in the hotel. We ordered from outside, but the hotel denied providing even basic cutlery like a plate and spoon just because the food wasn’t from their kitchen. Even after requesting the housekeeper, who assured us but the cutlery never arrived. While the property itself looks nice and the rooms are well-kept, basic hospitality and guest convenience should not be compromised. A small effort in service would have made our stay much better.

Very poor service, Reception not cooperative and arrogant. No cleanliness. Drinking water quality is also very poor. Towel not properly washed. Rooms are very small and conjusted.

the room was good with all the basic amenities working. However the room was a bit small then expected and had no foot mat. Also the details of reception phone number and kitchen number was not in the room anywhere. Also, when we reached no staff was available to help carry the luggage in the room. i had to carry all in two shifts The breakfast provided was good and quality. The facilities provided were costly for the expense made. Overall location was good . Food was nice . amenities were not worth money spent services: The staff was polite but not welcoming .

can’t getting my refund back

14 September 2025 i book salt stay hotel pitampura and i book room with have option of cancelition till the time i checkin im the hotel. Soo i call hotel they tell me they can’t do anything they don’t me anything if i dont come in the hotel and not checkin in soo i don’t have any option to cancel the booking and ask for refund. And make my trip have no option to cancel the booking if i already paid and choose the hotel and room till the time i cancel the booking if i was not coming soo i have right to get my refund..
