Review Of Hotel Grand Inn

I booked the hotel Grand Inn for staying from 31st may to 1st june 2025. The hotel officials call me to not come at hotel said that the hotel room was either engaged or room was not clean to stay.

Rooms were dirty and does not even have basic facilities like room service, toiletries, handwash, shower gel, no civic sense, staff open up your door without even knocking no privacy, staff bwaviour so impolite, basic ammenities like tea coffe not available they don't even have room service available...

food was good but there were ticks in bed. the blankets wasn't very clean and no mug in the washroom. even after asking few times

Do not book room in this hotel. The location is ok but the smell of gutter will kill you. We had booked a room for three day but could not even stay for one night properly and had to leave the property very next day. The hotel is very creepy. The rooms are in very bad condition. We changed our room but the other room was also equally bad so we had no other option rather than staying in that room. The wooden walls near bathroom were broken here and there. The cupboard was broken. They provide tap water. Touching all the taps and jet spray was giving electric shocks. First we thought it was our illusion then after getting shocks repeatedly, we came to the conclusion that all the taps were giving light electric shocks which increased with the amount of time we touched that tap. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. Don't get fooled by cheap rates. staffs are good though.

The room was nothing like the pictures. The staff was not helpful, and when i checked in and saw the room, it was in a terrible condition, resembling a government washroom. I check out immediately.

It was a terrible stay. The hotel was completely unhygienic. Lot mosquito are there.

Workers were very good and cooperative. Hospitality was very nice. Room was also good. Any issues they use to address instantly.

On the whole arrangement at hotel were quite good. Surrounding area however, not that appreciable.

Very bad room and service also too bad and for this room traif is so high tv not working ac not working properly

Check-in was smooth, location wise good, very polite staff, clean room & washroom. Overall plea-sent stay.

I really liked the hotel and was not expecting the kind of services provided at a very reasonable price!! Rooms are well equipped, clean and sanitized. The staff is exceptional at their job!! Manager Harish ji is very cooperative and he knows his job really really well!! Monu & Mukesh were really kind and helpful. Wanna Thank "MMT" for keeping this property on their platform!! 🙂

Checking in and checking out is smooth, as compare to rate so it was h 4 out of 5 and location was easy to find.

Never stay here . Staffing is very bad . Worst management . Will never preferred
