Room was not cleaned throughout the stay. Breakfast was included in booking.they had not denied but told at eleventh hour that the kitchen will be opened after 8 am. The soap and shampoo was provided for one day only at very first day.After requesting them at 3rd day the staff had provided soap and shampoo. Overall experience was average.

hotel room is quite nice within this price... the issue is hotel is in too narrow lane ... and visitors not allowed even in day ... weather it's for 10 , 15 minutes ... overall the reception guy is too nice or friendly always smiling ... and one more thing there is no lift on the property so be very careful
