Terrible Maintenance and cleaning, there was even a VIMAL Stains on the room walls . But a friendly staff :/

Excellent stay had a good check in experience the staff was well mannered and well behaving overall had good experience

The tap was broken. There was a foul smell in the closet. Blankets were dirty. TV was not working. AC was working but the accessible remote was in the reception. I will appreciate the behaviour of the staff but facilities were not on point

The good thing was they followed up via call regarding the booking because we were late. Rest, the entire hotel was empty there was no one. Talking about the hotel condition, the tv was not working, ac was broken, and inside the washroom even the tap was broken. We asked to change the rooms and they said rest other rooms are small in size. There was a foul smell from the closet, and even the blankets were unwashed and torn. It was a very bad experience.

horrible experience bedsheet are not clean and pillow is also full of dirt and bad smell and the wall of the hotel are so dirty such a horrible experience i'm not satisfied with services too bad 👎🏻

Very dingy hotel. Not appropriate for family stay. Lift wasn’t working. No basic facilities were provided.

Rooms were ugly. Bedsheet dirty, bathroom dirty their were only couples in other room v could hear sounds of people screaming fighting outside. Worst stay ever
