Poor ac cooling over the time and water leakage on roof over the bed but the food quality is good enough

room was dirty, handwash is mixed with lots of water ,towels are wet ,floor was wet ,hot water is not coming ,and there is no floor towels ,in the name of complimentary breakfast just three items were given

room was not clean AC was not working after couple of hour. bed quality is very bad. and the chareges are very high

Already filed the complaint till now no action has been taken

Very poor room are not clean also have to follow up for breakfast 10 times then only they will respond ,washroom at not even cleaning if we are complaining then they will clean ,I m staying only because of location

Food is good staffing experience is also nice

we booked the hotel for 3 nights.the most disgusting expirence we had in that hotel. in 3 nights we had to change 5 rooms. every room had issues. either room was not cleaned, washroom basin was broken. geyser was not working,even one of my friend got a electric shock also. yadi bolu toh woh ek chaddar he tried his level best to provide excellent service

Location n food is good but no proper amenities n services provided. First day we struggle a lot with lot of issues, changed the room twice, Wi-Fi not working, door lock not working, window are not closed properly. Toiletries and tooth brushes not provided.

A lot of noise on second floor, couldn’t sleep. Rowdy crowd, could hear a lot of abusing and wrong behaviour. Unsafe place for couples and families. Beware!

Food- really good and the hotel was clean and tidy. loved it. Will visit again. the food was delicious

The rooms were very neat and the food was very tasty a little too spicy for me but the quantity was too much, we couldnt finish the food. Overall the hotel was very neat and settled. Loved the stay, we would love to stay there again, next time

property is good, clean, and affordable to stay at budget, giving good ambiance ,but service is decayed .

The hotel was very bad. The room was not cleaned at all before check in. There were water marks everywhere, the bed was covered with hair from god knows which customer. When i asked if i could be shown another room they said no. And an hour later one of my friends checked in another room which was much better. The staff was very very irresponsible. This is the worst experience

The room was not clean and the service was not good but yes the food was good, you can go for dine part but not for stay

The food is really nice, but the staff behaviour and the quality of hotel rooms is pathetic. We were offered a room with 2 single beds joined together and it was causing a gap in between and we have a toddler with us. Then when we requested for another room they were arguing that we don't have any other room then on insisting we found that there is 1 room near to kitchen so we ended up choosing that room and due to some function was going on the kitchen was working till late and it was a very bad experience.

The experience was below average. Amenities were not provided properly as well as there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room which was quite irritating. We had to ask for basic things like dustbin and toiletries. Overall we didn't enjoyed the stay.
