The counter staff was not aware about booking. They first allotted a room in which AC was making eritting noise and the bed was literally broken and shaking on request they changed the room but the AC was the same as the previous room noisy. Breakfast was included in the terrif and they told us that they will be served in a room which we did not receive. There was a function and up to 12.30 late at night they played loud speakers.

The images which I saw was pretty decent enough but when I stepped in to the Hotel, right from the Lobby till the check in of my room, every single thing was so dirty that can’t be described in words. The linens were literally old and holes were there, the chairs had holes in the upholstery, there were no bath towels were provided, no fans in the room, AC water leakage issue, no Toiletries and everything was bad in short.

Terrible experience, unprofessional staff and constant construction going on with no help from staff

It was a very terrible experience.The Ac was not working, rooms were not clean,room service was not good.Think twice before booking this hotel

Water bottle is not available in the room. AC not working well. Unhygienic room and bathroom. Small room as compare to the pictures.

the upgrade was complementary but during check in they refused after getting it sort. issue with AC for whole night. it was dead not working at all and staff said it's working nothing we can do

Poor ac cooling over the time and water leakage on roof over the bed but the food quality is good enough

room was dirty, handwash is mixed with lots of water ,towels are wet ,floor was wet ,hot water is not coming ,and there is no floor towels ,in the name of complimentary breakfast just three items were given

Very poor room are not clean also have to follow up for breakfast 10 times then only they will respond ,washroom at not even cleaning if we are complaining then they will clean ,I m staying only because of location

we booked the hotel for 3 nights.the most disgusting expirence we had in that hotel. in 3 nights we had to change 5 rooms. every room had issues. either room was not cleaned, washroom basin was broken. geyser was not working,even one of my friend got a electric shock also. yadi bolu toh woh ek chaddar he tried his level best to provide excellent service

Location n food is good but no proper amenities n services provided. First day we struggle a lot with lot of issues, changed the room twice, Wi-Fi not working, door lock not working, window are not closed properly. Toiletries and tooth brushes not provided.

A lot of noise on second floor, couldn’t sleep. Rowdy crowd, could hear a lot of abusing and wrong behaviour. Unsafe place for couples and families. Beware!

Food- really good and the hotel was clean and tidy. loved it. Will visit again. the food was delicious
